ISO 9001:2026 for Practitioners

The practitioner is the person a QMS actually depends on: the quality coordinator, engineer, process owner or management rep who has to make clause requirements work in a real organisation — and defend them at audit. This course is written for that person. Ten modules cover every clause 4–10 requirement of ISO 9001:2026, including everything the 2026 edition changed. Edition 1 — aligned to the ISO 9001:2026 final draft, with a free verified update at publication (16 September 2026).

Two editions

What you can do after this course

• Explain how a process-based QMS creates and protects value — and run PDCA at system level, not slogan level.
• Apply every clause 4–10 requirement of ISO 9001:2026 in a real organisation, including the 2026 changes: the climate question, quality culture and ethics, distinct opportunity management, and the closed-loop change discipline.
• Build and maintain the core registers an auditor will sample — context analysis, interested-parties register, risk-and-opportunity register, objectives, change records, competence evidence.
• Prepare an organisation for a 2026 transition audit, with the evidence trail for each changed requirement.
• Speak ‘auditor’ — anticipate how each requirement is tested and have the evidence ready before it is asked for.

The ten modules

Each module is a self-contained study unit: read the module in the study guide, read the referenced clauses in your own licensed copy of the standard, watch the narrated video, then take the 10-question quiz (pass mark 80%). When all ten quizzes are passed the 40-question final exam opens (pass mark 75%). Budget roughly 14–18 hours for the whole course including assessments.

Built to run as official internal training

ISO 9001 does not accredit training courses — clause 7.2 requires your organisation to determine necessary competence, provide training, evaluate its effectiveness, and retain the evidence. The Company & Trainer Edition is engineered so a company can run this course as official internal training and satisfy every element: the syllabus defines the competence, the modules provide the training, the quizzes and proctorable final exam (pass mark 75%) evaluate it with recorded scores, and the training records kit — attendance record, competence evaluation, and the 4–8 week on-the-job effectiveness check — closes the evidence trail. You hold the trainer keys; you issue the certificates into your own training records. The individual edition’s Qlause-issued certificate serves the same 7.2 purpose for one person.

Compared with a two-day classroom course

If that is how you or your team learn best, a good classroom course is worth its price — this course is built for everyone who needs the same ground covered rigorously, on their own schedule, at a fraction of it.

Qlause certificates are Certificates of Attainment issued by Qlause against its published syllabus and assessment scheme. They are not accredited by a personnel-certification body (e.g. Exemplar Global or CQI/IRCA) and we never imply that they are. ISO 9001 requires demonstrable competence — not an accredited certificate — and this course produces exactly the evidence trail certification-body auditors accept: syllabus, assessment, recorded scores, and a verifiable certificate. You will need your own licensed copy of ISO 9001:2026 (or the final draft, until publication) for the standard-reading steps — this course reproduces no standard text.
