Context, Interested Parties and Scope
Clause 4 anchors the QMS to reality — who we are, who has a stake in us, what could move us off course, and what the system covers. The module builds a context analysis that steers the system (including a defensible climate conclusion), a sourced interested-parties register, an honest scope, and the owned process network of 4.4.
