Module 10 · 10:27 video + 10-question quiz
Physical Security — Tailgating, Visitors, Badges and Shoulder Surfing
Where cyber meets the building: why a held door beats every control IT has built, the Ponemon experiment (a tester with a valid badge succeeded in 91% of attempts), one person one card and the kind words to say, challenging politely and escorting visitors, the FBI's warning about criminals who turn up in person as "IT", badges, shoulder surfing and phone cameras, locking your screen, printers and secure print, the bin and the found USB stick, secure areas on the plant — and reporting a stranger, a propped door or a lost card at once.

The habit this module drills
One person, one card.

- ✓Keep information off the floor: lock your screen, collect your printouts, wipe the board, shred what you no longer need.
- ✓Report a stranger, a propped door or a lost badge at once.
