Module 3 · 9:57 video + 10-question quiz
Beyond Email — Calls, Messages, Voices and Visitors
Social engineering beyond the inbox: the phone call (and why the number on your screen proves nothing), SMS, WhatsApp and QR codes, cloned voices and deepfake video calls, and the visitor who looks the part. The four things every one of these scams asks for, the pattern on any channel, how to check on a channel you choose — and why you report it even when you said no.
