No. Qlause is not an accredited training provider and issues no SAQA credits. The pack gives you the paperwork and the company-issued certificate template; accredited training and practical assessment by a registered assessor are separate.
Can I use the plan as it is?+
No. A fall protection plan is only valid once a competent person appointed under Regulation 10(1) has written it for your actual site and signed it. The template gives that person a complete structure and written text to start from.
Can the whole team use it?+
Yes. One purchase covers your organisation — every site and every user. What it doesn't cover is reselling it, handing it to other organisations or republishing it.
