Do I have to use all 50 documents?+
No. ISO 9001 makes very few documents mandatory — it requires no manual and no specific procedures. The kit goes further because a working system and an auditor both expect more than the minimum. Adopt what fits, adapt what nearly fits and delete what doesn't apply; the Start Here guide separates the mandatory from the useful.
How much editing does it need?+
About 70 marked «fields» across the manual, policy and procedures, plus any wording that doesn't match how you actually work. Most teams budget a day to make it theirs.
Is it for ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 9001:2026?+
It is written to ISO 9001:2015, which remains certifiable until 30 September 2029. The ISO 9001:2026 edition of the toolkit is free to every buyer when it is issued.
