Is this the published-standard edition?+
Yes. Version 2.0 was checked line by line against the published ISO 9001:2026 (via SANS 9001:2026 Ed. 6, the identical South African adoption) on 27 September 2026. It follows the published numbering — 6.1.1–6.1.3, no 10.3 — and describes Annex A as it is. Version 1.0 buyers have it free as a Payhip product update.
When do we actually have to transition?+
ISO 9001:2015 certificates stop being valid on 30 September 2029, and the new certificate has to be issued by then — so your real deadline is the audit that will carry the transition. The free transition deadline calculator works it out from your certificate dates.
Does it include the text of the standard?+
No. Everything is written in our own words and points to clause numbers. You still need your own licensed copy of the standard to work against — from SABS or the ISO store.
Can the whole team use it?+
Yes. One purchase covers your organisation — every site and every user. What it doesn't cover is reselling it, handing it to other organisations or republishing it.
