The standard is published — is this still the final-draft edition?+
Yes, today's download is the edition written against the approved final draft. The updated edition, aligned to the published text, is free to everyone who has bought it or buys it now.
When do we actually have to transition?+
ISO 9001:2015 certificates stop being valid on 30 September 2029, and the new certificate has to be issued by then — so your real deadline is the audit that will carry the transition. The free transition deadline calculator works it out from your certificate dates.
Does it include the text of the standard?+
No. Everything is written in our own words and points to clause numbers. You still need your own licensed copy of the standard to work against — from SABS or the ISO store.
Can the whole team use it?+
