The 8 Wastes (Muda)
This module builds a shared vocabulary for spotting waste. It defines muda using one customer-based test, then works through all eight wastes with the DOWNTIME memory word - what each one is, what it looks like on a real floor, and how they cluster. You finish able to walk your own area, name what you see, and run a five-minute observation.
