Quality at the Source & Standard Work Basics
This module shows where quality is actually made - at the workstation, by the person doing the work - and how standard work keeps a good method alive after the shift that found it. It covers the three commitments, jidoka and andon, error proofing with poka-yoke, and what belongs in a standard. You will leave able to run your checks, stop at an abnormality and challenge a standard properly.
