Work at Height Compliance Pack

Training records are one requirement of Construction Regulation 10 — there are four more. This pack is the rest of the file:

  • Fall Protection Plan Template — 12 sections covering all five parts Regulation 10(2) requires
  • Fall Risk Assessment (Excel) — live 5×5 scoring before and after controls, with a worked roof-work example, rating guidance and a task library
  • Rescue Plan Template — who goes, with what, and how fast
  • Fall Protection Equipment Register (Excel) — every item, its standard and interval, with next-due dates and a status that turns red on its own
  • Harness & equipment pre-use inspection sheet, fall clearance worksheet and lifeline installation checklist

Knowledge-level training aligned to the SAQA unit standard shown. It supports, but does not replace, accredited training and practical assessment by a registered assessor, the Annexure 3 medical certificate of fitness, or the site-specific fall protection plan required by Construction Regulation 10. It awards no credits and does not authorise anyone to work at height, install fall arrest systems, perform rescue or sign a fall protection plan. Qlause is not an accredited training provider. Verify current requirements with your accredited provider and your competent person — SAQA registration and enrolment dates for these unit standards move during the QCTO transition.
