Certification-body fees are close to fixed for your size — you cannot negotiate away audit days. The variable is how you build the system: choosing this route over consultant-led moves roughly R150 000 – R360 000 off the total.
That is the honest case for a documentation toolkit: it does not reduce what the auditor charges, it reduces the months you spend writing procedures from a blank page.
