No. Claude Skills work on every Claude plan, including Free (switch on "Code execution and file creation"). The universal prompts work in ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, including their free tiers where custom instructions are available; on any chat you can paste the prompt as your first message.
How is this different from the Problem-Solver Pack?+
The Problem-Solver Pack is the method in Excel — the 8D workbook and the SPC charts. This is the method as an AI coach that reviews what your team writes. They work well together.
What about confidential data?+
Follow your company's AI policy and anonymise customer and personal data. Roles ("the line 2 operator") work as well as names.
