What auditors look for
Auditors check the automotive inputs are genuinely on the table (CoPQ and warranty being the classic absentees), the annual minimum is met, and — the sharp edge — where the customer scorecard shows a missed target, a documented action plan exists and is being executed.

How to comply — recommendations
Extend your review agenda with the IATF input list as a second column. Standing rule: any red on any customer scorecard automatically generates an action-plan agenda item — auditors check that link first.

CoPQ never quantified; warranty/field data absent; customer target missed with no documented action plan; reviews skipping the annual minimum after a quiet year.
